COMPENSATION

• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
• Compensation: $120 - $140K + 10% annual bonus

Our Client, a Commercial contractor of interior systems, is seeking an Assistant Controller.

JOB DETAILS

While this position will initially operate as a Senior Individual Contributor, the expectation is that this candidate will ultimately assume supervisory responsibilities and oversee accounting staff as the company continues to grow.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong construction accounting experience required
• Prior experience managing, supervising, or leading accounting staff is required, even though the role will not initially have direct reports
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, WIP schedules, overbillings/underbillings, and construction ERP systems
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across departments
• Committed to working fully on site in Orlando, FL
