Overview
The Vision: AI-First, Outcomes-as-a-Service
At Intuit Mailchimp, we are redefining digital advertising for small and mid-market businesses (SMBs). The real challenge isn’t running ads—it’s achieving predictable growth without complexity.
Our mission is to make world-class advertising as effortless as possible for every SMB. We’re transforming ad creation and optimization into a simple, prompt-driven experience: the business states its goal—“Get 10 qualified leads this week” or “Increase online sales by 20%”—and our Generative AI platform autonomously designs, executes, and optimizes the campaign across channels.
This role is for a visionary Principal who will architect, launch, and scale the platform and AI systems that make this “done-for-you” promise real — turning advanced advertising into something any business owner can do in minutes.
Responsibilities
The Opportunity: Building the Next-Generation Growth Engine
As the Principal PM for the GenAI Advertising Platform, you will own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery of a unified, outcome-driven advertising system that becomes a central growth pillar for Intuit Mailchimp.
Your Mandate: Architecting the AI-Driven, Done-for-You Advertising Platform
1. Architecting the Autonomous Campaign (GenAI-First)
- Intent-to-Outcome Flow: Design a natural-language, prompt-driven experience that translates simple business goals into complete, optimized campaigns — no manual setup required.
- The Outcome Engine: Build the proprietary GenAI decision system that predicts, executes, and continuously optimizes campaign strategy and spend across channels in real time.
- Generative Creative Flywheel: Create an autonomous system that generates and refines ad copy, visuals, and targeting using live performance data and AI feedback loops.
2. Platform Foundations & Scalable Orchestration
- Unified Abstraction Layer: Architect a single cross-channel framework that abstracts away ad network complexity, enabling fully automated campaign orchestration and reporting from one place.
- AI/ML Infrastructure Partnership: Collaborate with the Marketing Data Platform to design scalable ingestion, feature engineering, and model pipelines that power predictive optimization and self-learning.
- Cross-Channel Execution: Launch end-to-end advertising experiences that support both single-channel execution and AI-orchestrated cross-channel optimization — all behind a “done-for-you” interface.
- Scalability for SMB Growth: Ensure the platform’s architecture scales seamlessly from new entrepreneurs to mid-market businesses running thousands of concurrent campaigns.
3. Principal Leadership & Responsible Innovation
- AI Pod Leadership: Lead a cross-functional “AI Pod” spanning Engineering, Data Science, and Design — driving technical clarity, velocity, and innovation.
- Organizational Influence: Operate as a Group PM, uniting advertising, CRM, commerce, and data initiatives under one AI-first growth ecosystem vision.
- Responsible AI: Champion ethical, transparent, and policy-compliant AI practices that build long-term customer trust.
- Outcome Accountability: Own P&L inputs and relentlessly drive measurable business impact — lowering CPA, improving ROAS, and increasing LTV through automation.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in AdTech, Marketing Automation, or AI/ML-driven platforms.
- Proven success building and shipping GenAI or autonomous optimization systems leveraging LLMs, diffusion models, or reinforcement learning.
- Deep domain expertise in digital advertising ecosystems, ad APIs, targeting, and attribution.
- Strong technical fluency in data architecture, model lifecycle management, and scalable ML/SLM systems.
- Experience collaborating with data platform and infrastructure teams to operationalize AI for scale.
- Strategic leadership scope: ability to set multi-year product strategy, align executive stakeholders, and mentor senior PMs. Ability to collaborate internal and external to deliver results from 0-1 and to scaled solutions.

Which fintech companies in Georgia sponsor H-1B visas?
Several large fintech employers in Georgia have consistent H-1B visa sponsorship histories, including NCR Voyix, Global Payments, Fiserv, and Cardlytics, all headquartered or heavily staffed in the Atlanta metro area. Mid-size and growth-stage fintech companies in the region also sponsor H-1B petitions, though their volume and frequency vary. DOL LCA disclosure data is a reliable way to verify a specific company's filing history before applying.
Which cities in Georgia have the most fintech H-1B sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of fintech H-1B jobs in Georgia. Alpharetta, located roughly 26 miles north of downtown Atlanta, is a significant secondary hub with a high concentration of payment technology and financial services companies. Sandy Springs and Dunwoody also host fintech employers. Outside the metro area, fintech H-1B opportunities are limited, so most candidates focus their search on the Atlanta corridor.
What types of fintech roles typically qualify for H-1B sponsorship in Georgia?
H-1B sponsorship in Georgia's fintech sector is most common for roles requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific technical field. Software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and quantitative analysts are among the positions that typically meet the specialty occupation standard. Product management and business analyst roles can qualify depending on how the position is defined and what degree is required, but these cases vary and are assessed individually by USCIS.
How do I find fintech H-1B sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It filters fintech jobs in Georgia by H-1B visa sponsorship, so you're not sifting through listings from employers who don't sponsor. Georgia's fintech market moves quickly, particularly in Atlanta, so having a filtered, current list of sponsoring employers is more efficient than searching general job boards. Migrate Mate also surfaces company-level sponsorship data to help you prioritize applications.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for fintech H-1B sponsorship?
Georgia does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal H-1B rules, but the state's fintech concentration creates some practical considerations. Atlanta's payment technology cluster means many employers are familiar with H-1B processes, which can streamline internal approvals. However, the tech hiring market in Atlanta is competitive, and some growth-stage fintech companies may lack the legal infrastructure for sponsorship, making it worth confirming sponsorship capability early in the interview process.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B fintech jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
