We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join the Ecommerce Commercial Team. The Ecommerce Commercial Team is responsible for driving growth across Fanatics Collectibles' digital channels through strong commercial planning, operational execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role will own the day-to-day management of our third-party (3P) marketplace business across Amazon U.S. and Walmart.com, as well as the operational launch and scaling of our Target DSV program.
This role carries broad ownership across the domestic marketplace business, including performance management and reporting, launch and item setup management, content and site merchandising, fulfillment (FBA/WFS) and inventory management, advertising execution and optimization, and agency and partner management—along with operational leadership of Target DSV.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can operate independently, make sound decisions within an established channel strategy, and raise the bar for execution quality across the business. This role will report to the Ecommerce Manager, Marketplaces and work closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM), Ecommerce Operations, Analytics, Finance, Customer Service, Creative, Legal & Licensing, and Logistics teams.
What you will be doing...
3P Marketplace Channel Management (Amazon U.S. & Walmart)
- Own and run the daily and weekly operating cadence for Amazon U.S. and Walmart.com, managing sales, traffic, conversion, Buy Box health, inventory position, and sell-through against allocation plans.
- Own pre-order setup and go-live timing, making in-flight adjustments to capture demand ahead of street dates and reduce revenue cliffs between releases.
- Manage listing health, pricing, and channel policy compliance, including Final Sale, and drive Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center escalations through resolution.
- Identify competitive and reseller threats to Buy Box performance, pricing, and sales velocity, and drive corrective action plans to protect performance.
Launch Management & Item Setup
- Own end-to-end item setup and launch management in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, driving each SKU through the full setup-to-street timeline across operations, content, and advertising workstreams.
- Own and continuously improve the launch playbook across pre-order, street date, and post-launch stages to raise readiness standards and eliminate execution issues.
- Lead cross-functional launch readiness with GTM, Creative, Logistics, and Operations, holding workstream owners accountable for content, inventory, and advertising milestones.
- Manage launch sequencing across concurrent SKUs and channels to stabilize weekly revenue and keep multiple listings live at all times.
Content Management & Site Merchandising
- Own the quality and performance of Amazon and Walmart product detail pages, including titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, A+ content, attributes, and taxonomy.
- Gather product assets and manage revision cycles with our external content agency, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Own merchandising for the Amazon and Walmart Brand Stores, keeping new releases, categories, and product tiles current with the live assortment.
- Drive regular listing audits and content optimizations to keep product pages accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and licensing requirements.
Fulfillment (FBA/WFS) & Inventory Management
- Oversee FBA and WFS shipments, partnering with Logistics and warehouse teams on labeling, preparation, palletization, bills of lading, and carrier pickups.
- Manage inbound flow and fulfillment center check-in, escalating and resolving receiving delays that put street dates or Prime and two-day delivery availability at risk.
- Own receiving reconciliation and reimbursement claims for lost or misrouted inventory, protecting revenue and margin.
- Own inventory health and replenishment planning to keep top sellers in stock throughout their full demand window.
Advertising Execution & Optimization
- Manage the day-to-day execution and in-flight optimization of the phased advertising strategy across Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, as well as Walmart Connect.
- Make scale, trim, and cut decisions within established ROAS and TACoS guardrails, and recommend strategic adjustments based on campaign performance.
- Own weekly advertising reporting and budget pacing across the launch calendar.
Target DSV Launch & Operations
- Serve as the operational lead for the Target DSV program, driving end-to-end launch readiness across item setup, content requirements, data and feed validation, and operational testing.
- Partner with Ecommerce Operations, Logistics, and Technology teams to establish and manage DSV order flow, inventory alignment, and fulfillment requirements.
- Own fulfillment SLA performance, service issue resolution, and launch-blocker escalation to keep the program on schedule.
- Build the process documentation, trackers, and playbooks needed to scale the DSV model across additional assortment over time.
Forecasting, Reporting & Commercial Analysis
- Own weekly and monthly business reporting across Amazon U.S., Walmart.com, and Target DSV, including sales, units, traffic, conversion, inventory status, returns, and advertising performance, and deliver the insights behind the numbers.
- Build and own SKU-level sell-through and forecasting models using historical benchmarks, early sales reads, and launch assumptions to inform allocation planning.
- Own progress tracking against sales, unit, and inventory goals, proactively surfacing risks, gaps, and upside opportunities with recommended actions.
- Deliver leadership-ready recaps, post-launch analyses, and commercial planning materials that shape decision-making.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Analytics Enablement
- Drive 3P marketplace and Target DSV initiatives across functions, owning timelines, accountability, and next steps through completion.
- Represent the channels in internal meetings, presenting performance, priorities, and recommendations.
- Partner with Analytics and Data teams to evolve dashboards and reporting from manual pulls to automated pipelines, owning data validation and business requirements.
- Anticipate blockers, create visibility into risks and dependencies, and drive decisions that keep priorities moving.
What you will bring...
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, merchandising, digital operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center, including item setup, FBA/WFS shipment creation, listing management, and case management, is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to build, maintain, and analyze large datasets.
- Experience owning product content, merchandising, and item setup across ecommerce or marketplace environments.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or marketplace partner relationships.
- Familiarity with DSV, dropship, or first-party retail partner operations, such as Target, is preferred.

- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommended actions.
- Experience working and leading cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Creative teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.

- Experience with reporting or visualization tools such as Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Passion for sports, collectibles, and/or ecommerce is a plus.

Which retail companies in New York sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas?
New York retail employers with a documented history of H-1B1 Singapore LCA filings include large department stores, luxury fashion houses, and multinational specialty retailers headquartered or with major operations in the state. Companies such as Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Ralph Lauren, and PVH Corp have filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles. Sponsorship decisions depend on the specific role, the employer's workforce needs, and whether the position qualifies as a specialty occupation under DOL and USCIS standards.
Which cities in New York have the most retail H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan concentrates the highest volume of retail H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship opportunities, driven by flagship stores, corporate buying offices, and brand headquarters clustered in Midtown and the Flatiron District. White Plains in Westchester County hosts several retail corporate offices. Long Island retail corridors and Buffalo's commercial districts also see periodic filings, though at lower volumes than New York City's core retail and merchandising hubs.
What types of retail roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
H-1B1 visa sponsorship in retail is limited to specialty occupation positions requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Qualifying roles commonly include merchandise planning analysts, retail buyers, visual merchandising managers, supply chain analysts, e-commerce product managers, and marketing strategists. Front-line sales associate and general store management roles do not typically meet the specialty occupation threshold because they do not require a specific bachelor's degree as a minimum entry requirement.
How do I find retail H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter by visa type, industry, and state to surface New York retail employers with verified H-1B1 Singapore LCA filing history. Because the H-1B1 is a relatively low-volume visa category in retail, filtering by confirmed sponsorship activity saves significant time compared to applying broadly and asking employers about their sponsorship capacity after the fact.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for retail H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
New York's prevailing wage requirements apply on top of federal DOL standards, and employers filing LCAs for retail specialty occupation roles must certify the offered wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for the specific occupation and geographic area. Manhattan's wage level is often higher than national averages due to locality differentials. New York State also has its own Department of Labor, though H-1B1 visa LCA compliance is handled federally through OFLC. Singaporean nationals should confirm their passport validity and treaty eligibility directly with USCIS before accepting a role.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore retail jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
