The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to our team of Sales & Marketing Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and critical thinking/problem solving skills; and must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed.

The hourly rate range for this position is $29.30/hour to $29.89/hour. The starting rate for this position is $29.30/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently $29.89/hour.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic hospitality knowledge and/or administrative support experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and confidently.
• Must be able to establish professional relationships within the hotel and manage confidential information.
• Strengths must include knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word programs.
• Knowledge of Hyatt’s Envision Sales System is a plus.
