Key Responsibilities
Daily Warehouse Operations
- Lead and support warehouse staff in receiving, staging, storing, picking, and shipping materials.
- Ensure proper handling of plastic film rolls, pallets, resin, packaging materials, and chemicals.
- Assist production by delivering raw materials and removing finished goods promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, labeling, and ERP/WMS updates.
- Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
Shipping & Receiving
- Oversee loading and unloading of trucks.
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and inspect for damage.
- Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring rolls are wrapped, labeled, and protected from dents, scratches, or moisture.
- Complete BOLs, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce warehouse safety rules, PPE requirements, and forklift/clamp truck protocols.
- Ensure proper storage of chemicals and heat‑sensitive materials.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged racks, or equipment issues immediately.
- Support training on safe roll‑handling and equipment operation.
Equipment & Systems
