What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our Payroll Department by processing payrolls on a weekly basis
- Reconciling and filing quarterly (941, UCT-101) and year-end (940, W-2, and WT-7) reports
- Preparation of timely payroll tax deposits
- Answering payroll client inquiries
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and transaction categorization
- Preparing basic financial reports and supporting documentation
- Contacting clients for missing information or questions

- Providing outstanding customer service and treating individuals with respect
- Personable and professional, building solid and mutually beneficial client relationships
- Meeting deadlines and assisting team members as needed
