Maid in JC is seeking and Assistant Office Manager with a focus on Sales & Marketing to join our team. We are looking to promote to a Sales Manager within one year. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, emails and texts from leads, prospects and clients, prospecting, solving problems, estimating, strengthening relationships with existing clients and ensuring that projects run smoothly. You will be adding, removing and updating one time and recurring appointments making the best \"match\" to optimize the schedule, satisfy client needs and accommodate employee requirements. Your primary role will be to exceed sales targets. You will be supported by our experienced operations team members to help achieve your goals.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of Sales, Customer Service and Scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:

- Pricing, Follow-up, Negotiation: Create bid pricing, and negotiating deals to secure sales and meet revenue targets.

- Scheduling: Find the best option for scheduling one time and recurring appointments of different service types that meets a number of different requirements.
