Maid in JC is seeking and Assistant Office Manager with a focus on Sales & Marketing to join our team. We are looking to promote to a Sales Manager within one year. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, emails and texts from leads, prospects and clients, prospecting, solving problems, estimating, strengthening relationships with existing clients and ensuring that projects run smoothly. - Scheduling: Find the best option for scheduling one time and recurring appointments of different service types that meets a number of different requirements.
