What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality client support through first-line engagement with families and students, resolving billing, scheduling, and policy questions with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate client and student data across multiple platforms
- Own day-to-day supervision of part-time and weekend/evening support staff
- Support payroll, onboarding/offboarding, facilities, and office operations
- Pull and interpret basic operational data to inform planning conversations with leadership
- Contribute to the growth and long-term success of our team members and clients
