Client Services Manager Jobs in Indiana: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a client services manager in Indiana?
Client services manager roles in Indiana do not require a state-issued license, so the path runs through education and experience. Most Indiana employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications. From there, candidates typically move through account coordinator or customer success associate roles at Indiana-based companies in financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing before stepping into a manager title.
Which companies hire client services managers in Indiana?
Companies currently hiring client services managers in Indiana include 1st Source Bank, Pace Analytical Services, and Allied Solutions, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Indiana's concentration of insurance carriers, pharmaceutical firms, and regional banks means client services roles here often involve high-volume B2B account portfolios with complex service agreements.
Which Indiana cities have the most client services manager jobs?
Indianapolis, Lafayette, and Carmel are the Indiana cities with the most client services manager openings. Indianapolis drives the bulk of demand as the state's corporate headquarters hub for finance, healthcare, and technology companies, while Fort Wayne's manufacturing and logistics base and South Bend's growing professional services sector account for a meaningful share of openings outside the capital.
Are there remote client services manager jobs in Indiana?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 0% of client services manager openings tied to Indiana are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the role centers on calls, video meetings, and digital account management rather than on-site visits. Strategic account oversight and onboarding coordination are the functions most commonly offered on a fully remote basis.
How can I get hired as a client services manager in Indiana with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a client services coordinator or customer success associate role first. Indiana's large insurance carriers and healthcare organizations, including those headquartered in Indianapolis, regularly hire associates with strong communication skills and train them internally. A Salesforce Administrator credential or a completed CRM certification gives candidates a concrete edge, and lateral moves from inside sales or operations analyst roles are common stepping stones in Indiana's market.
Where can I find and apply to client services manager jobs in Indiana?
You can find and apply to client services manager jobs in Indiana on Migrate Mate, which lists current Indiana openings. Search the roles available, find the ones that match your background and location preference, and apply directly to whichever positions fit.
