Frame your SaaS sales credentials clearly
Chowbus sells restaurant management software, so highlight any experience closing deals for SaaS or point-of-sale platforms. Employers in this space expect you to demonstrate a quota-carrying track record, not just familiarity with the sales cycle.
Target roles tied to regional expansion
Chowbus scales by opening new city markets, so Sales Manager openings often cluster around geographic growth pushes. Applying to roles in newly launched or recently expanded markets gives you stronger leverage than competing for saturated territory positions.
Understand the H-1B filing timeline upfront
H-1B cap petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start date. If you get an offer in summer, your employment won't begin for months. Align your current work authorization expiry to that window so you don't create a gap that forces the employer's hand.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Sales Manager roles
Browsing general job boards filters out sponsorship context entirely. Use Migrate Mate to surface Sales Manager openings at Chowbus that are tagged for visa sponsorship, so you're applying where sponsorship is already expected and not negotiating it from scratch.
Ask how Chowbus structures the LCA filing
For H-1B sponsorship, your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process anything. Ask your recruiter early whether Chowbus uses in-house counsel or an outside firm, since that affects how quickly paperwork moves after your offer is signed.

Find Sales Manager at Chowbus JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Chowbus sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Managers?
Yes, Chowbus sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Manager roles. The H-1B requires your position to qualify as a specialty occupation, which is supportable for sales roles that demand a degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Your employer files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL first, then submits Form I-129 to USCIS. The process works on a federal fiscal year cycle, so timing your offer accordingly matters.
Which visa types are commonly used for Sales Manager roles at Chowbus?
Chowbus sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for eligible candidates. For Sales Manager roles, H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant path for long-term employment. F-1 OPT and CPT cover students and recent graduates in earlier career stages. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. EB-2 and EB-3 are immigrant visa pathways for candidates pursuing a Green Card.
What qualifications does Chowbus expect for Sales Manager roles?
Chowbus looks for candidates with experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or food-service industry, ideally with a SaaS or technology product background. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field strengthens both your candidacy and your H-1B specialty occupation case. Demonstrated quota attainment, territory management, and the ability to build pipelines in new markets are the practical skills that differentiate competitive applicants.
How do I apply for Sales Manager jobs at Chowbus?
You can find Sales Manager openings at Chowbus filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles where sponsorship is already part of the hiring conversation. Apply directly through Chowbus's careers page or the listing source, and be prepared to discuss your visa status and work authorization timeline during the initial recruiter screen. Bringing that clarity early prevents surprises later in the process.
How do I time my application around visa filing deadlines?
If you need H-1B sponsorship, the cap registration window opens in March and petitions are filed in April for an October 1 start. Targeting Chowbus Sales Manager roles in the prior fall or winter gives your employer enough runway to prepare. If you're on F-1 OPT with a STEM extension, you may have more flexibility, but confirm your expiration date against the filing calendar before accepting any offer.
