Frame Your Credentials Around Advisory Deliverables
CohnReznick's project management work sits inside client-facing advisory and audit engagements. Translate your resume to show scope management, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional coordination on specific client projects rather than internal operations experience.
Confirm E-3 Eligibility Before Targeting This Firm
Australian citizens should verify they hold a qualifying specialty occupation degree before applying. CohnReznick sponsors E-3 visas, and the E-3 avoids the H-1B lottery entirely, making it a faster and more predictable path to a start date for eligible applicants.
Search for Open Roles Using Migrate Mate
CohnReznick posts Project Management Analyst openings across multiple offices and practice areas. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for roles where CohnReznick is actively sponsoring, so you're not spending time applying to positions that won't lead to a visa filing.
Target Regional Offices With Active Client Portfolios
CohnReznick operates across multiple U.S. markets including New York, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. Project management demand concentrates where client advisory work is heaviest, so research which offices are staffing engagement teams before deciding where to focus your applications.
Clarify Your OPT Remaining Days Early in Interviews
F-1 OPT candidates on a 90-day unemployment clock should disclose their timeline in early screening conversations. CohnReznick's recruiting cycle for project management roles can run six to ten weeks, and knowing your cutoff date helps both parties plan around filing windows.
Understand How H-1B Cap Season Affects Your Offer Timeline
If you need an H-1B and are not currently in H-1B status, registration opens each March for an October 1 start. Align your final-round interviews with CohnReznick to land between December and February, giving the firm time to register and file if you're selected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does CohnReznick sponsor H-1B visas for Project Management Analysts?
Yes, CohnReznick sponsors H-1B visas for Project Management Analyst roles. The firm has an established pattern of filing work visa petitions across its advisory and consulting functions. H-1B sponsorship is subject to the annual USCIS cap and lottery, so timing your offer process around the March registration window is important if you need initial H-1B status.
How do I apply for Project Management Analyst jobs at CohnReznick?
You can find and apply for Project Management Analyst openings at CohnReznick through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship history so you can focus on positions where sponsorship is a realistic outcome. Applications typically require a resume, and some postings ask for a cover letter tailored to the practice area. Expect a multi-round interview process that includes behavioral and case-style questions.
Which visa types does CohnReznick commonly sponsor for Project Management Analyst roles?
CohnReznick has sponsored H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, J-1 visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for roles in this function. H-1B is the most common path for candidates without treaty-based eligibility. Australian citizens qualify for the E-3 visa, which bypasses the lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN visa status given that management consulting roles can satisfy the TN occupational category.
What qualifications does CohnReznick expect for a Project Management Analyst?
CohnReznick generally looks for a bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, accounting, or a related field for this role. Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking project deliverables, and communicating with senior stakeholders strengthens your candidacy. Familiarity with accounting firm workflows, ERP systems, or advisory project structures is an advantage given the firm's client-service environment.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take after receiving an offer from CohnReznick?
Timeline depends on the visa type. E-3 and TN petitions can be processed in weeks through a U.S. consulate. H-1B petitions filed under the standard USCIS timeline take three to six months after the October 1 cap year opens. USCIS premium processing can reduce the adjudication window to roughly 15 business days for an additional fee paid by the employer.
