Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management preferred
- 3–5 years of accounting experience in a full-service hotel or convention property strongly preferred
- Proven experience in:
- Accounts Payable
- Receiving/Inventory Control
- Group or Event Billing
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, accruals, reconciliations)
- Experience with hospitality systems such as:
- Opera PMS / OnQ / similar PMS
- BirchStreet or procure-to-pay systems
- Accounting platforms (Sage, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
