Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial reports to management.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, review discrepancies, and take corrective action.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Provide financial and regulatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
