INTRODUCTION
The Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at the Indiana University School of Medicine is seeking applicants at the assistant, associate, or professor level with expertise in genetic counseling with expertise in the area of oncology. The Department provides comprehensive services for children and adults with genetic disorders and provides care as part of multi-disciplinary teams. This position will include clinical care, management, academic responsibilities, and education.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The applicant must be board certified in genetic counseling and be eligible for licensure in the State of Indiana.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years’ experience in genetic counseling
- Experience in oncology genetics
- A publication and funding track record is preferred
- Doctorate or Terminal Degree Required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A publication and funding track record, including with the state health board, is preferred.
