QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pallet, container, protective packaging, or 3PL sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50% regionally, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
- Experience in complex manufacturing and service-based sales is advantageous.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong proficiency in presentations and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Monitor account performance and profitability while identifying opportunities to expand revenue within existing clients.
- Own the full customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding through production and delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Partner closely with internal sales and operations teams to support execution and drive results.
- Demonstrate a proven history of sales success and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Show strong self-direction, curiosity, and a genuine drive for continuous learning and business growth.
