You will be responsible for providing cost control for end-to-end project execution in Prefab business in NAM with special attention to plant performance. You will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Key Internal Controls, good communication and the ability to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

- Perform financial analysis and monitoring for various projects and plant operations.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Analyze project and plant performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers and plant management to provide financial guidance and support.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budgets and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of financial reports and presentations for senior management.
