Frame your insurance credentials for U.S. buyers
USI's enterprise clients expect sales executives who understand U.S. commercial insurance products like property and casualty, professional liability, and employee benefits. Translate any international insurance experience into U.S.-equivalent terminology before you apply.
Target USI's regional office hiring patterns
USI fills Enterprise Sales Executive roles across dozens of regional offices, not just a central headquarters. Identifying which offices are actively hiring in your target market increases your odds of landing in front of a team with open budget and sponsorship flexibility.
Confirm your visa type fits a sales role
E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT are the visa categories most compatible with enterprise sales at a firm like USI. Confirm with USCIS guidelines that your visa status permits direct client-facing, commission-eligible employment before accepting an offer.
Negotiate sponsorship terms before signing
USI's offer process for sponsored roles can involve internal legal review before a formal petition is filed with USCIS. Ask the recruiter directly which visa types their legal team is prepared to file for the specific office location you're joining.
Build a pipeline of USI-style enterprise accounts
USI hires sales executives with demonstrated books of business or proven enterprise prospecting experience. Document specific deal sizes, client industries, and revenue outcomes from prior roles to show you can operate at the commercial scale USI's clients require.
Use Migrate Mate to find open roles at USI
Enterprise Sales Executive openings at USI are spread across many locations and aren't always easy to track. Use Migrate Mate to filter USI's active job listings by visa sponsorship eligibility so you're only applying to roles that fit your immigration status.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does USI Insurance Services sponsor H-1B visas for Enterprise Sales Executives?
USI Insurance Services does not have a strong track record of H-1B visa sponsorship for Enterprise Sales Executive roles. The company's sponsorship activity for this function skews toward visa categories like E-3 visa, TN visa, and F-1 OPT. If you require H-1B visa sponsorship, raise this directly with USI's recruiter early in the process to confirm whether their legal team will file for this role.
How do I apply for Enterprise Sales Executive jobs at USI Insurance Services?
You can find active Enterprise Sales Executive openings at USI through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight enterprise account management experience and U.S. commercial insurance knowledge. After submitting, expect an initial recruiter screen followed by interviews with regional sales leadership before any offer is extended.
Which visa types does USI Insurance Services commonly sponsor for Enterprise Sales Executive roles?
USI's sponsorship activity for Enterprise Sales Executive positions is most consistent with E-3 visas for Australian citizens, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT for recent graduates. J-1 visa and F-1 CPT have also been used in some cases. H-1B sponsorship for this role type is less common given the sales-focused nature of the position.
What qualifications does USI Insurance Services expect for Enterprise Sales Executive candidates?
USI typically looks for candidates with several years of B2B sales experience, preferably within commercial insurance, risk management, or financial services. Familiarity with large account structures, employee benefits, or property and casualty products is a strong differentiator. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is generally expected, and an active insurance producer license for the relevant state is often required before your start date.
How do I time my visa sponsorship process when targeting USI Insurance Services?
For E-3 and TN sponsorships, USI's legal team typically begins the filing process after a formal offer is signed, and consular appointments can be scheduled within a few weeks. F-1 OPT candidates should confirm their OPT authorization is in place before the role's start date. If you're in a grace period between jobs, the standard 60-day window means you should prioritize getting an offer finalized quickly to avoid a status gap.
