ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with ZS internal and client teams to implement high-quality technology solutions addressing critical business problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of business challenges and translate them into technical designs.
- Lead project modules and workstreams, participating in hands-on implementation.
- Work with technical architects to validate design and implementation strategies.
- Apply development methodologies and best practices for exceptional client and team experiences.
- Support project delivery, including planning, staffing, and risk mitigation.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, ensuring high-quality project completion.
- Guide project deliverables such as business case development, solution design, user requirements, and deployment plans.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe products and develop AEP integrations using REST APIs and data pipelines.
- Run agile ceremonies and document KPIs for measurement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, and reporting.
- Experience with big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in algorithms and data structures.
- Understanding of AEP technical and functional aspects, including RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA.
- Knowledge of data models, data integrations, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Nice to have: Adobe certifications, AJO Business Practitioner certification, experience with ETL processes or machine learning models, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
