- Experience in culinary operations, food service management, kitchen management, or restaurant management; experience managing teams as a chef is valuable.
- Knowledge of food safety, food handling, inventory management and control, and cost control.
- Supervising, team management, and leadership experience.
- Restaurant, kitchen, food industry, or broader hospitality experience; food service and culinary experience are relevant.
- Banquet, catering, fine dining, or dietary department experience is preferred.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
