- Manage system administration of the corporate LMS: upload course packages (SCORM/xAPI), create learning tracks/cohorts, and assign compliance certifications
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) across business units to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs, while partnering with global HR teams on global HR initiatives
- Collects, analyzes, and reports learning metrics, completion rates, and post-training evaluations (Kirkpatrick levels 1-3) to measure business impact and ROI
- Shares expertise in the development and use of e-learning methodologies for course design
- Project management tasks including corporate communications, training materials, customer support, reporting and analysis
- Partner with corporate communications to announce global learning campaigns and initiatives
