Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information

- Communicate professionally with patients, providers, hospitals, and outside facilities
- Assist other team members with daily office operations
- Travel to satellite clinic locations as scheduled
