- Experience in a financial institution preferred
- Basic understanding of financial institution products and services
- Knowledge of consumer credit structuring, lending practices, and customer relationship management

- Proven leadership ability and sharp business development focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Must complete all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training
- NMLS # initial registration and annual renewal required (includes fingerprinting and background checks
- Must be able to pass a background & credit check
- This is a full-time position requiring schedule flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Up to 10% travel required
