Your Role at impact.com
The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast-growing GTM organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GTM growth through providing effective reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities. You will also support the design, implementation, and optimization of efficient sales processes and sales tools on a global level.
What You'll Do:
- Own strategic RevOps projects end-to-end, taking them from design to execution and ensuring global adoption.
- Translate complex sales data into actionable business intelligence and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership.
- Diagnose and optimize global GTM processes, acting as the project manager for cross-functional improvements.
- Act as the strategic business owner and power user of the Salesforce-centered tech stack, managing its roadmap and integrations.
- Design and deliver high-impact reporting frameworks and dashboards that track KPIs for key sales initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts, creating the documentation and communication plans to support new global initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years relevant experience in SaaS, revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
- A strong background in Revenue/Sales Operations within the SaaS industry, combined with demonstrated experience leading strategic projects.
- Proven success in end-to-end project management, including scope definition, stakeholder management, and using PM tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Advanced analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to "connect the dots" between data, processes, and business goals.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, able to build a concise narrative from data for all audience levels.
- Deep, functional expertise in Salesforce and advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization tools and integrated sales tech (e.g., CPQ, Outreach).
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability for driving results.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance with eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
