Revenue Operations Analyst Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a revenue operations analyst in Florida?
Most Florida employers expect a bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a data-related field as the foundation. Revenue operations does not require a state-issued license in Florida, so the path centers on building CRM and analytics skills, often through entry-level sales operations or business analyst roles. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification is a widely recognized credential that Florida hiring managers look for when evaluating candidates without deep experience.
Which companies hire revenue operations analysts in Florida?
Employers hiring revenue operations analysts in Florida right now include Royal Caribbean, KnowBe4, and Lee Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's concentration of SaaS, healthcare technology, and fintech companies means demand is especially consistent among growth-stage and mid-market technology firms headquartered in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando.
Which Florida cities have the most revenue operations analyst jobs?
Miami, Tampa, and Medley account for the largest share of revenue operations analyst openings in Florida. Miami drives volume through its dense fintech and international SaaS sector, Tampa pulls in demand from cybersecurity and health-tech companies headquartered in the metro, and Orlando benefits from a growing enterprise technology and professional services base that relies heavily on structured revenue operations functions.
Are there remote revenue operations analyst jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. Revenue operations is a desk-based, systems-heavy discipline that translates well to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 80% of revenue operations analyst openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how widely Florida technology and SaaS employers have normalized flexible work. The most consistently remote tasks are pipeline reporting, CRM administration, and cross-functional data analysis.
How can I get hired as a revenue operations analyst in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a sales operations coordinator or business analyst role at a Florida-based technology company, where you learn CRM workflows and reporting before stepping into a full revenue operations title. Companies like Citrix and Roper Technologies, along with the many growth-stage SaaS firms in Miami and Tampa, regularly onboard junior analysts who can demonstrate Salesforce proficiency. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or building a portfolio of self-taught Tableau dashboards gives candidates without direct experience a concrete edge in Florida applications.
