Sales Enablement Manager Jobs in New Jersey: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales enablement manager in New Jersey?
Most sales enablement manager roles in New Jersey require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, followed by several years in sales, sales operations, or marketing. No state-issued license applies to this role. New Jersey's concentration of pharmaceutical and financial services firms means candidates with industry-specific sales experience are especially competitive. Certifications from organizations like the Sales Enablement Society or Salesforce can strengthen an application alongside a portfolio of training programs or content you have built.
Which companies hire sales enablement managers in New Jersey?
Employers hiring sales enablement managers in New Jersey right now include IFF, MetTel, and EarthCam, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. New Jersey's mix of global pharmaceutical headquarters, large financial services firms, and enterprise technology companies means openings appear consistently across multiple sectors rather than clustering in a single industry.
Which New Jersey cities have the most sales enablement manager jobs?
Bridgewater, Holmdel, and Cherry Hill have the most sales enablement manager openings in New Jersey. Newark and Jersey City draw volume from financial services and enterprise technology firms with large commercial organizations, while Princeton and its surrounding corridor attract openings from pharmaceutical and life sciences companies that maintain major corporate campuses in that part of the state.
Are there remote sales enablement manager jobs in New Jersey?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 80% of sales enablement manager openings tied to New Jersey are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work involves digital content creation, virtual training delivery, and CRM administration. Content development and program design work tend to be the most location-flexible parts of the role, while onsite kickoffs and new-hire training cohorts more often require in-person presence.
How can I get hired as a sales enablement manager in New Jersey with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a sales development representative, account coordinator, or marketing operations role at one of New Jersey's large pharmaceutical, financial services, or technology employers. Companies like Merck, Conduent, and Cognizant periodically hire enablement coordinators or sales training associates as entry-level stepping stones. Building a portfolio that shows you have created onboarding materials, managed a sales tool rollout, or designed a coaching process gives you a concrete edge over candidates relying on credentials alone.
Where can I find and apply to sales enablement manager jobs in New Jersey?
You can find and apply to sales enablement manager jobs in New Jersey on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings, find roles that match your experience and target industry, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
