Sales Operations Manager Jobs in Hawaii: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales operations manager in Hawaii?
Most sales operations manager roles in Hawaii require a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, followed by several years in sales support, analyst, or coordinator roles. Hawaii does not issue a state license specific to this position. Employers on the islands tend to favor candidates who have worked within Hawaii's dominant sectors, particularly tourism, retail, and financial services, and who bring hands-on CRM and reporting experience.
How much do sales operations managers make in Hawaii?
Sales operations managers in Hawaii earn a median of about $116,340 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $71,290 for the lowest 10% to over $218,870 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire sales operations managers in Hawaii?
Hawaii sales operations manager roles are posted by CVS Health, UFC GYM, and Marriott International and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Hiring is especially active among Honolulu-headquartered companies in financial services, hospitality management, and utilities, where structured sales operations functions support larger commercial teams.
Which Hawaii cities have the most sales operations manager jobs?
Honolulu, Hilo, and Lihue lead Hawaii in sales operations manager openings. Honolulu dominates as the state's commercial and corporate hub, anchored by financial institutions, large retailers, and hospitality companies, while Kahului and Hilo reflect growing business activity on Maui and the Big Island driven by regional retail chains and tourism-linked enterprises headquartered outside Oahu.
Are there remote sales operations manager jobs in Hawaii?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 3% of sales operations manager openings tied to Hawaii are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the desk-based, analytical nature of the role. The functions most commonly performed remotely include CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and revenue analysis, while in-person presence is typically expected for cross-team alignment sessions and leadership presentations.
How can I get hired as a sales operations manager in Hawaii with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into a sales operations coordinator or sales analyst role at a Hawaii-based employer in hospitality, financial services, or retail, then building toward manager responsibilities. Companies like First Hawaiian Bank and regional hotel management groups regularly bring in associates through business operations rotational programs. Earning a Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools gives candidates a measurable edge when competing without a long operations background.
Where can I find and apply to sales operations manager jobs in Hawaii?
You can find and apply to sales operations manager jobs in Hawaii on Migrate Mate, which lists current Hawaii openings from employers actively hiring for the role. Search the available positions, find roles that fit your background and target city, and apply directly to the ones that match.
