Crowne Tax & Accounting is seeking an experienced Tax Team Manager to lead our tax professionals, oversee tax return quality, mentor staff, and provide proactive tax planning for our business and individual clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Tax Professionals.
- Review individual and business tax returns for quality and accuracy.
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and team productivity.
- Provide technical guidance on federal and state tax matters.
- Meet with clients to discuss tax planning and strategy.
- Manage a portfolio of business and individual tax clients.
- Resolve complex tax issues and assist with IRS and state notices.
- Improve internal processes and help drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to support the firm's continued growth.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
- Experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal tax law and tax planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred
- CPA or EA designation (or actively pursuing).
- Experience working with small businesses and closely held companies.
- Experience with medical, dental, or professional service clients is a plus.
