Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance General Foreman - Electrical will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.
- Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
- Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
- Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.
- Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
- You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of directly related work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a production or plant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in the plant
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of supervisory experience
- Be able to troubleshoot PLCs and Ladder logic
- Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, and wiring schematics
- Ability to troubleshoot 480 VAC 3-phase, 120 VAC, and 24VDC circuits
- Experience working with SAP
Position Details

- Position is based in Fort Morgan, CO

- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Onsite
- The expected salary for this position is $77,000 - $131,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
