Job Summary
The Center for Quality Teaching and Learning is looking for Retention Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Working with Education declared majors prior to entering Teacher Education Program;
- Counseling Teacher Education Majors as needed to foster program retention;
- Maintaining records such as Memorandum of Understanding documents with school systems hosting our candidates;
- Budget management activities for CQTL;
- Assisting with recruiting events (job fairs, etc.) and CQTL activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Experience in the P-12 setting preferred.
- Knowledge of educational processes in the K-12 setting.
- Ability to work with both classroom teachers and administrators.
- Ability to work with higher education students.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
Proposed Salary
$20/hr. This position will work up to 19 hours per week.
