Which staffing companies sponsor visas in Indiana?
Major staffing firms with Indiana operations include Kelly Services, Randstad, Robert Half, Adecco, and ManpowerGroup, all of which have sponsored H-1B visas for recruiting specialists and account managers. Regional players like Apex Systems and TEKsystems also sponsor visas for technical recruiting roles, particularly in Indianapolis where they serve the city's expanding technology companies.
How to find staffing visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for staffing and recruiting positions in Indiana that offer visa sponsorship. Focus your search on Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, where most opportunities are concentrated. Filter for H-1B sponsorship roles at major staffing agencies, and consider both direct recruiting positions and client-facing account management roles that often qualify for specialty occupation status.
Which visa types are most common for staffing roles in Indiana?
H-1B visas are most common for staffing roles, particularly for recruiting specialists, technical recruiters, and account managers requiring bachelor's degrees in business, human resources, or related fields. TN visas work for Canadian and Mexican nationals in management consultant or scientific technician recruiting roles. O-1 visas are rare but possible for executive search consultants with extraordinary ability.
Which cities in Indiana have the most staffing sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis leads with the highest concentration of visa sponsorship opportunities, home to regional offices of Kelly Services, Randstad, and other major firms. Fort Wayne follows as the second-largest market, particularly for manufacturing and healthcare staffing roles. Evansville and South Bend offer limited opportunities, mainly through smaller regional recruiting agencies serving local industries.
What are prevailing wage considerations for staffing jobs in Indiana?
Indiana's prevailing wages for recruiting specialists typically range from Level I to Level II on the Department of Labor wage scale, making visa sponsorship more accessible for entry-level positions. Indianapolis commands higher prevailing wages than smaller markets, while specialized technical recruiting roles in healthcare or IT often qualify for Level III wages, improving H-1B lottery odds.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored staffing jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
