Automotive Technician
Ford Lincoln of Huntington is seeking technicians of all levels who are ready to supercharge their careers. Your Daily Work Schedule:
- Efficiently perform repairs as outlined in the repair order, following dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle components and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair key automotive systems, including the engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service needs, providing accurate time estimates for further repairs.
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Automotive dealership experience preferred; technical school certificate required.
- ASE certifications in Ford Lincoln vehicles are a plus.
- Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and service drive knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and open to feedback.
- Ability to learn new technology and operate diagnostic equipment.
