Pittsburgh's growing advertising and media sector includes employers connected to larger corporate parent companies with established sponsorship infrastructure. Multinational consumer brands with Pennsylvania headquarters or regional offices tend to have formal immigration programs that extend to senior marketing and brand management positions.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most marketing and advertising Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia concentrates the most opportunity, with its dense agency community, corporate headquarters, and media companies. Pittsburgh has developed a secondary market, particularly for digital marketing and data-driven advertising roles tied to its technology sector. King of Prussia and the broader Philadelphia suburbs also host corporate marketing departments for healthcare and financial services companies that periodically sponsor Green Cards for specialized talent.
How do I find marketing and advertising Green Card sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?

This saves significant time compared to manually reviewing job postings that rarely disclose sponsorship status upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with documented PERM and Green Card filing histories in the marketing and advertising sector across Pennsylvania cities.

U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
