Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative needs of office operations and procedures such as preparation of information management, security cards, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
- Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Answer telephones and greet and direct visitors.
- Organizing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Plan office layout, development of office budget, and cost reduction programs.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of paperwork for approval.
- Prepare reports for guidance of management.
- Manage outside vendors, ensuring cleaning, extermination, and other services rendered.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.

- Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (desired)
