The Day-to-Day:
- Lead, coach, and develop the agency's project management team, creating a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
- Lead strategic operational programs that improve the agency's effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability
- Improve intakes, prioritize, and model workflows, ensuring you scope, prioritize, resource, and align new work with our goals
- Oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of creative assets across all markets, channels, and creative disciplines
- Partner with marketing leadership to establish priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations based on our needs
- Oversee agency budgeting, including forecasting, expenses tracking, and resource costs
- Manage executive updates on operational reporting, project delivery, and capacity planning
- Communicate regularly with partners to ensure understanding and transparency, and advise on feasibility, priorities, and resource trade-offs and risks
- Be the senior point of escalation for complex projects, resource constraints and bring forward a clear solution
- Partner closely with creative, strategy and planning, data, technology and media team leaders to ensure effective understanding and collaboration
- 10+ years of experience in a creative operations leadership role with an agency or in-house creative organization
- Proven experience developing and managing operational models that deliver creative assets at scale
- History of building strong teams and developing talent
- Experience with creative agency operating models, including intake, workflow, project management, resource management, planning, production, and operational governance
- Experience managing complex, high-volume creative work across multiple partners, channels, and markets
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing processes, workflows and governance frameworks that improve organizational effectiveness
- Experience with capacity planning, resource forecasting, workload management and the strategic use of internal and external resources
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams, establish accountability, and interface with senior leadership
- $120,000 - $180,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
