Pennsylvania's concentration of insurance carriers, regional banks, and healthcare technology companies means account management demand is distributed well beyond the Philadelphia metro alone.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most account manager jobs?
Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Pennsylvania have the most account manager openings in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia leads because of its dense concentration of financial services firms, healthcare systems, and enterprise technology companies, while Pittsburgh's strength in financial services and life sciences drives demand there, and smaller markets like Allentown reflect the Lehigh Valley's growing manufacturing and logistics base that relies on commercial account teams.
