JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in building solid market position by locating, developing, defining and re-defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships and opportunities by creating effective and sound business strategies relevant to current trends and best practices in the industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in providing forecast and strategic ways in product development in close coordination with merchandising, marketing and sales.
- Provides regular significant report to the BDM on brand and product trends which are relevant and applicable and aligned with the strategic plans and goals of the company.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Provides effective assessment on potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Assist to close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhances organization reputation by innovating new ways and effective means to develop the services or products of the company.
