We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
- Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
- Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and lead opportunities.
- Conduct insurance reviews with prospective and current customers.
- Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Licensing Requirements
- Property & Casualty License (required)
- Life & Health License (required)
Don't currently hold a license? That's okay. We are willing to invest in the right candidate and provide training and support to obtain necessary licenses.
Work Environment
- In-office position located in Menomonee Falls, WI
- Full-time schedule (Monday - Friday)
- Hybrid work opportunities may be available in the future based on performance, production, and demonstrated success.

Compensation is performance based (salary plus commissions & bonuses) - expected income range is $55,000 - $75,000 depending on individual performance.
