As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a critical leader responsible for client success, strategic delivery, and team development. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in Sage Intacct, proven consulting experience, and exceptional leadership ability to drive project excellence and contribute to the firm's growth.
This role focuses on translating complex client business requirements into effective, implementable Sage Intacct solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Leadership: Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exemplary service standards are maintained and strategic objectives are met.

- Discovery & Analysis: Lead detailed discovery and scoping sessions to gather functional requirements for new module implementations, third-party integrations, and process optimization efforts.
- Scope Management: Accurately define project scope and estimate hours, identifying potential risks and necessary customizations early in the process to ensure smooth implementation and adjusted scope when needed.
- Contracting: Develop and present detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), including clear project timelines, deliverables, and financial estimates.

Advanced Subject Matter Expertise
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and performing implementation of advanced Sage Intacct modules, including:
- Dynamic Allocations
- Fixed Assets
- Prepaids
- Domestic or Global Consolidations
- Project and Billing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in developing and implementing business software technology solutions.
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of all core Sage Intacct modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Order Entry, Cash Management).
