We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse
Stedi is building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades. In the healthcare sector, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that all insurance payers exchange transactions such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances using a standardized EDI format called X12 HIPAA. Clearinghouses process the majority of these transactions, offering consolidated connectivity to carriers and providers. Until Stedi, the space was occupied entirely by a small group of legacy players, built on outdated, often pre-internet technology.
Stedi is the world's only programmable healthcare clearinghouse. By offering modern API interfaces alongside traditional real-time and batch EDI processes, we enable both healthcare technology businesses and established players to exchange mission-critical transactions. Our clearinghouse product and customer-first approach have set us apart. Stedi was ranked by Ramp as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors.
We have lightning in a bottle: engineers and designers shipping products week in and week out; a lean business team supporting the company’s infrastructure; passion for automation and eliminating toil; $142 million in funding from top investors like Stripe, Addition, USV, Bloomberg Beta, First Round Capital, and more. To learn more about how we work, watch our founder Zack’s interview with First Round Capital.
What we’re looking for
We’re growing our Business Development Representative (BDR) team to bring Stedi’s outbound efforts to the next level. We're looking to hire someone who is as comfortable writing a high-performing outbound email as they are picking up the phone or experimenting with a new campaign format. You know how to combine persistence, good judgment, and creative messaging to get in front of the right people.
In this role, you’ll own multichannel outbound from strategy to execution. That means crafting compelling messaging, testing sequences, and actioning on the signals that actually drive qualified pipeline. You’re fluent in experimentation and fast at iterating. You care about results, not activity. If you think critically, execute quickly, and are obsessed with delivering results, this role is for you.
Your mission as a BDR at Stedi is simple: generate net new deals through outbound. You’ll define the strategy, write the copy, build the workflows, and measure the results. You’ll work closely with the sales and GTM ops team to identify target accounts and test campaigns to scale what works and discard the losers.
You will be responsible for sourcing the deal volume required to hit our revenue goals. That means designing and iterating on outbound campaigns that balance automation with high-touch motions that span multiple channels like email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
Specifically, you will:
- Execute outbound strategies based on a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile.
- Run highly personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns with sharp copy, smart targeting, and clear measurement.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution—from list building and segmentation to messaging and reporting.
- Manage the tools you need to scale outbound, including enrichment, sequencing, and automation platforms.
- Run experiments that generate meetings and deals for the sales team. Scale the winners. Drop the losers.
- Track performance and constantly refine your approach using data, automation, and AI.
Who You Are
- You’re an outbound machine. You consistently exceed qualified pipeline generation targets through great copywriting and precise targeting. You operate at a level above your peers.
- You are a B2B SaaS expert. You have experience in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing, sales operations, or related roles. You know the best tools, systems, and strategies to drive B2B SaaS pipeline growth.
- You’re an AI power-user. You use AI tools to accelerate copywriting, research, and workflow automation. You balance efficiency with authenticity.
- You’re technical. You're comfortable working with data enrichment tools and configuring outbound automation platforms (e.g. Apollo, Clay, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.).
- You’re a data-first thinker. You love analyzing outreach performance, uncovering trends, and running A/B tests to optimize results. You think in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just activities and meetings.
- You do what it takes to get the job done. You are resourceful, self-motivating, curious, self-disciplined, and don’t wait to be told what to do. You put in the hours.
- You move fast. We move fast at Stedi. This requires an ability to match our pace and not get lost when managing competing priorities. You communicate what you are working on, and proactively ask for help or feedback when you need it.
The annual compensation range for this role is $110,000-$125,000. For roles with a variable component, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which means that the range is inclusive of the sales commissions or bonus target and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of multiple experience levels at Stedi and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications. Please reach out to your recruiter with any questions.

Frame your credentials around distribution operations
Genuine Parts Company's Business Manager roles center on automotive parts distribution, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Translating your experience into those specific operational terms before applying signals fit in a way generic management credentials don't.
Target NAPA division openings directly
Genuine Parts Company hires Business Managers across its NAPA Auto Parts network, which means regional and district-level postings often fly under the radar. Filtering specifically for NAPA-branded roles surfaces positions that broader searches miss and where sponsorship precedent is well established.
Align your timeline with the H-1B cap cycle
If you're transitioning off F-1 OPT, USCIS registration for the H-1B cap opens in March for an October 1 start date. Securing an offer from Genuine Parts Company by January gives the employer enough lead time to prepare the petition without rushing.
Ask hiring managers about the LCA filing stage
Before a Business Manager H-1B petition reaches USCIS, Genuine Parts Company must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL certifying prevailing wage compliance. Understanding where the employer is in that process helps you gauge realistic start dates during negotiations.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles with sponsorship history
Search Migrate Mate to find active Business Manager postings at Genuine Parts Company filtered by visa sponsorship. That lets you focus outreach on openings where the company has already demonstrated willingness to sponsor rather than cold-applying across the board.
Prepare employment verification documents early
Genuine Parts Company participates in E-Verify, so your work authorization documentation will be confirmed at onboarding. Having your visa approval notice, I-94 record, and any OPT or EAD documents organized before your start date prevents delays in the onboarding paperwork process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Genuine Parts Company sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, Genuine Parts Company sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. The company has a consistent pattern of supporting international candidates in business management functions across its automotive distribution operations. If you're currently on OPT or another nonimmigrant status, it's worth discussing sponsorship intent directly with recruiters early in the process to confirm the specific role qualifies.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at Genuine Parts Company?
You can browse and apply for Business Manager openings at Genuine Parts Company through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles with confirmed sponsorship history. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect automotive distribution, P&L management, or supply chain experience relevant to Genuine Parts Company's NAPA network. Follow up with the recruiter to confirm the role is open to sponsored candidates before investing heavily in the process.
Which visa types does Genuine Parts Company use for Business Manager positions?
Genuine Parts Company sponsors Business Managers under several visa categories including H-1B, F-1 OPT and CPT, TN visa (for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management roles), J-1 visa, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, education level, and current immigration status. Candidates already in the U.S. on OPT often transition to H-1B sponsorship once a permanent role is confirmed.
What qualifications does Genuine Parts Company expect for sponsored Business Manager roles?
Business Manager roles at Genuine Parts Company typically require a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, which also supports specialty occupation classification under H-1B standards. Hands-on experience managing teams, budgets, or vendor relationships in distribution or retail automotive environments strengthens your candidacy. Roles that involve direct P&L ownership or operational oversight of a NAPA location tend to have the clearest sponsorship pathway.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Manager offer at Genuine Parts Company?
For H-1B sponsorship, Genuine Parts Company would need to complete a DOL Labor Condition Application, typically certified within seven business days, before filing the USCIS petition. Standard USCIS processing runs three to five months. If you need faster authorization, premium processing reduces USCIS adjudication to 15 business days. TN visa processing for Canadian nationals can be handled at the port of entry, which is substantially faster.
