What We Need:
Learning to perform maintenance functions and optimization projects on high precision manufacturing equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develops in-depth understanding of production equipment and processes to aid in machine troubleshooting and operation support.
- Attend all required classes and educational instruction required by program.
- Participates in preventative maintenance activities, including testing, repairing, and replacing equipment and parts as needed.
- Operates a variety of tools necessary for job completion, including power and hand tools.
- Tracks, organizes, and maintains all necessary documentation and records.
- Abides by all safety rules, policies, and best practices.
- Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
- Follow all established standard operating procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
What You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience with mechanical systems preferred.
- Prior experience operating within team and/or industrial setting preferred.
- Computer literacy required.
- Attention to detail required.
What Else?
- This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be regular exposure to noise from machinery, dust, fumes and variable temperatures. Appropriate PPE will be required.
- Other working conditions may include working 12 hours shift and a fixed shift rotation, including holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.; bending, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs are required.
