Major Function and Scope:

* Using brief narrative statements, describe each major function of responsibility explaining the scope of the function as appropriate.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance tasks on electrical distribution systems and electronic components.
• Perform calibration tasks on pressure and temperature transmitters, indicators and probes.
• Troubleshoot and repair Electrical equipment such as inverters, controllers, starters, PLCs, etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting systems and electrical distribution systems.
• Work closely with mechanical maintenance team to diagnose and solve various issues.
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Type of Experience and Knowledge:

Knowledge, Experience, Certifications:

* Describe the education, knowledge required, years of experience, specific skills and abilities required to do the job on a fully competent basis.

• Three years’ experience in an industrial environment either in a maintenance or operations position.
• Formal industrial electrical or electronics education (to include degree, certificate, or military equivalent) preferred.
• Formal training & experience with programming PLC’s, HMI’s and Drives or willingness to receive such training (may include travel).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
• Ability to work as part of a support team.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Submission of Skills Survey Form (obtain from Human Resources).

Physical Requirements / Other Pertinent Job Information:

(Such as: American with Disabilities Act- ADA requirements for certain hourly positions).

• Lift 49 lbs or less regularly.
• Must be available to work overtime on short notice, as needed.
