Align your resume with PepsiCo's project frameworks
PepsiCo's Project Manager roles frequently reference stage-gate processes, cross-functional coordination, and capital or innovation pipelines. Framing your resume around these patterns, rather than generic project delivery, signals direct readiness for their operating environment.
Target roles tied to supply chain or R&D
PepsiCo's heaviest Project Manager hiring sits in manufacturing operations, supply chain transformation, and new product development. Focusing your applications on these functions increases your chances of landing a role that fits their core sponsorship priorities.
Prepare your credentials for a DOL prevailing wage review
For H-1B and PERM-based Green Card pathways, DOL requires that your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for your role and location. Having your job title, duties, and degree documentation clearly documented speeds up the Labor Condition Application process with your employer's immigration counsel.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Project Manager roles by sponsorship type
Not every PepsiCo posting specifies which visa types the hiring team will support. Use Migrate Mate to surface Project Manager openings at PepsiCo filtered by the visa categories that match your current status, so you're applying where sponsorship is already confirmed.

Find Project Manager at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Project Managers?
Yes, PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for Project Manager roles. Project management qualifies as a specialty occupation when the position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field such as engineering, supply chain, or business. Your employer's immigration counsel will file the Labor Condition Application with DOL and the H-1B petition with USCIS on your behalf.
How do I apply for Project Manager jobs at PepsiCo?
Applications go through PepsiCo's careers portal at pepsicojobs.com. Search by function, such as supply chain or R&D project management, and filter by location. Tailor your resume to reflect stage-gate processes, cross-functional delivery, and capital or innovation project experience. You can also browse open Project Manager roles at PepsiCo filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly use for Project Manager roles?
PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for ongoing employment, EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term sponsorship, F-1 OPT and CPT for students in eligible programs, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The right visa depends on your citizenship, degree field, and current immigration status.
What qualifications does PepsiCo expect for Project Manager roles?
Most Project Manager postings at PepsiCo require a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field. PMP certification is frequently preferred. Relevant experience in food and beverage manufacturing, consumer goods operations, or large-scale capital projects strengthens your profile significantly. Cross-functional leadership experience and familiarity with stage-gate or agile delivery frameworks are commonly cited in job descriptions.
How do I navigate the H-1B filing timeline when targeting a Project Manager role at PepsiCo?
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March for a cap-subject lottery, with approved petitions taking effect October 1. If you're on OPT, confirm your expiration date against that timeline. If your OPT ends before October 1, you'll need a STEM OPT extension to bridge the gap. PepsiCo's immigration team works with outside counsel to manage filings, but understanding the calendar before your offer is finalized helps you negotiate a start date that works.
