Frame your experience in supply chain terms
PepsiCo's customer service function sits inside its broader supply chain and commercial operations. Positioning your background around order management, distributor relations, or retail account coordination gives your application stronger alignment with how the company structures these teams.
Target roles outside major coastal markets
PepsiCo's U.S. footprint spans manufacturing hubs, regional distribution centers, and field sales offices across the Midwest and South. These locations often carry less hiring competition, and sponsors filing H-1B petitions for operational roles can face shorter internal review timelines.
Verify your OPT STEM extension eligibility early
F-1 students in supply chain, operations management, or business analytics programs may qualify for a 24-month STEM OPT extension. Confirming your CIP code with your DSO before accepting an offer prevents a gap if PepsiCo's H-1B sponsorship timeline extends past your standard 12-month period.
Understand how PepsiCo's PERM timeline affects your offer
For EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card sponsorship in Customer Service Management, PERM labor certification requires DOL to post the role and receive no qualified U.S. applicants. Starting this process often takes 12 to 18 months from hire date, so negotiating a start date with enough runway matters.
Search Migrate Mate to identify open roles by visa type
Customer Service Management positions at PepsiCo span several work authorization categories. Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by the specific visa type you hold or need, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than following up after the fact.
Prepare your credentials for TN classification at the offer stage
Canadian and Mexican nationals in management roles may qualify under the TN category if the position can be mapped to a qualifying USMCA occupation. Working with PepsiCo's immigration team pre-offer to confirm the role description supports TN classification avoids reclassification delays after signing.

Find Customer Service Management at PepsiCo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does PepsiCo sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service Managements?
Yes, PepsiCo sponsors H-1B visas for Customer Service Management roles where the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. Because H-1B cap-subject petitions are lottery-based, PepsiCo's immigration team typically begins the process well before the April filing window. Cap-exempt pathways through affiliated nonprofit or research entities are not standard for this function.
How do I apply for Customer Service Management jobs at PepsiCo?
Applications go through PepsiCo's careers portal, where roles are listed by business unit and location. Migrate Mate also aggregates PepsiCo's open Customer Service Management positions filtered by visa sponsorship availability, which saves time if you're targeting roles where work authorization support is confirmed before you apply. Tailoring your resume to reflect PepsiCo's commercial and supply chain language improves screening outcomes.
Which visa types does PepsiCo commonly use for Customer Service Management roles?
PepsiCo supports H-1B sponsorship for specialty occupation roles, F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, and TN visas for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals. For longer-term permanent residency, PepsiCo can sponsor EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways through the PERM labor certification process, typically initiated after a candidate has been employed for a defined period in the sponsoring role.
What qualifications does PepsiCo expect for Customer Service Management roles?
PepsiCo generally looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in account management, order fulfillment, or customer-facing operational roles within consumer goods or food and beverage strengthens an application. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or direct reports is a differentiating factor for mid-level and senior Customer Service Management positions.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Customer Service Management role at PepsiCo?
Timeline depends on the visa category. H-1B cap-subject petitions follow USCIS's annual lottery cycle, with employment starting no earlier than October 1 of the fiscal year. TN status for Canadian nationals can be obtained at the port of entry on the day of travel. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 classification typically runs 18 to 36 months from initiation to I-140 approval, before adjustment of status or consular processing begins.
