As an Accountant, you'll play a vital role in supporting corporate departments, branches, and business groups through financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, invoice processing, and expense management. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility and its affiliates offer extensive car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, as well as travel management and other transportation services, to make travel easier and more convenient for customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, allocations, account reconciliations, and financial reports to support accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial results and comparative income statements across business groups and branches, identifying trends and key variances
- Assist with the preparation, compilation, and review of annual budgets and forecasts for corporate departments
- Serve as a trusted business partner by providing accounting guidance and support to corporate departments
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices for products, services, and other business-related expenditures
- Audit and process Travel & Expense (T&E) reports, monthly credit card statements, and employee reimbursements to ensure policy compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs across accounting operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information and support business decision-making
