We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager (Outlets) to lead our diverse dining operations with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering a vibrant team environment. Our award winning boutique resort is expanding our F&B operations! F&B Manager will oversee multiple outlets on a shift which may include all or a combination of Co-Pilot Coffee Shop, The Captain, Patterson (fine dining dinner + brunch), the pool and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including casual dining, fine dining, bars and retail.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation and food handling procedures.
• Manage POS systems such as TOAST, Aloha POS and Micros POS to streamline ordering processes, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and manage food production efficiently.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Supervise shift management activities to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Implement budgeting strategies, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to meet operational goals.
• Conduct regular staff interviews for hiring purposes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in food service management.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing food and beverage outlets within fast-paced quick service or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary principles, and kitchen management practices.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems such as TOAST POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and sales reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety compliance (including HACCP standards), and food industry best practices.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles with a focus on team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in food service operations.
• This is a fast paced on the floor role covering indoor/outdoor venues simulataneously.
