The incumbent provides guidance to departmental liaisons, ensures compliance with applicable laws, County policies and procedures, Personnel Rules, and Collective Bargaining Agreements, and ensures HR business processes are effectively supported by County systems, such as INFORMS. The position also provides leadership, supervision, and mentoring to HR Operations Analysts while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
