What You'll Be Doing:
Hiring & Onboarding
Help coordinate management onboarding and new hire orientation.
Help create and update recruiting materials, interview guides, and onboarding packets.
Employee Engagement
Lead the planning and coordination of our annual Associate Appreciation Week. A companywide event to celebrate the employees who are the heart of our business.
Assist in planning and executing other company events.
Employee Retention & HR Operations
Help maintain electronic and physical employee personnel records.
Participate in HR audits at our corporate-owned Roy Rogers Restaurants and PHP hotel properties.
And More! You'll also have the opportunity to assist with special HR projects, collaborate with different departments, and experience the day-to-day operations of a busy Human Resources team.
