Loyalty Insurance Marketing Group is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, advisors, and business partners
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer service requests
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Manage calendars and assist with appointment coordination
• Follow up with clients regarding documents, applications, and service requests
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers and business partners
• Assist advisors and management with administrative and operational responsibilities
• Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
• Assist with resolving client questions and concerns
• Help maintain organized office systems and workflows
• Assist with company projects, trainings, meetings, and events
• Learn and utilize different software platforms and company systems
• Take on additional responsibilities as knowledge and experience grow

Required Qualifications: Bilingual Fluency Is Required

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages.

Strong Computer Skills Are a Must

Candidates must be comfortable and efficient using:

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Outlook
• Outlook Calendar and appointment scheduling
• Email communication and organization
• Online platforms and cloud-based systems
• Data entry and document management

You must also be comfortable learning new software and technology.
