INTRODUCTION
ADP is hiring an Executive Administrator for our AI and Innovation Labs team within the Global Product & Technology (GPT) division in our Roseland, NJ Corporate Headquarters.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-level executive support to the Chief AI Officer and leadership team, including driving seamless coordination of meetings, managing complex travel arrangements, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders (including ADP executive leadership), processing expenses, and enhancing executive presentations.
- Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, group travel, and associate engagement initiatives; manage registration processes and maintain accurate attendee tracking.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a centralized repository of internal presentations to enable knowledge sharing and future reuse.
- Proactively manage and respond to correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.
- Independently establish, organize, and maintain critical documentation, ensuring follow-through on action items and deadlines.
- Act as a key operational partner, ensuring the day-to-day administrative infrastructure runs smoothly to enable team focus on strategic priorities and business outcomes.
- Maintain and manage files, records, and databases to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
- Administer eTime requests with precision and adherence to company policies.
- Provide real estate support to associates, including seating arrangements and coordination of related logistics, as needed.
- Serve as a trusted resource by providing ongoing administrative and operational support to management and the broader team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma with 4+ years of experience or equivalent education
- 3+ years of administrative support experience within a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Proven ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting while upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern web-based tools, including SharePoint for content creation, design, and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong problem recognition skills, with the ability to identify procedural issues and escalate appropriately.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated agility in learning and applying new concepts in evolving situations.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Innovative and resourceful thinker with sound judgment and strong decision-making capabilities.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $20.87 - USD $55.82 / Hour*
