Part-Time | Approximately 12–24 Hours Per Week
WE ARE BUILDING A STRONG SALES TEAM.
We are two very small, new specialty retail stores looking for EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES professionals who can help take our businesses to the next level.
This is NOT a cashier position.
We are looking for confident, motivated SALES professionals who know how to actively engage customers, identify their needs, make strong product recommendations, upsell and cross-sell effectively, maximize sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and DRIVE SALES.
The right person understands that exceptional RETAIL SALES is about much more than processing a transaction. It is about creating an outstanding customer experience, recognizing opportunities, increasing transaction value, building repeat business, and contributing directly to the growth of the stores.
We don't need someone simply to cover a shift.
We need SALES professionals who want to help GROW the businesses.
COMPENSATION
- $15.00–$15.50/hour BASE PAY
- PERFORMANCE BONUSES & SALES INCENTIVES in addition to hourly pay

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR SALES TEAM
Every customer who enters the store should be acknowledged and actively engaged.
You must be comfortable getting out from behind the counter, approaching customers on the sales floor, starting conversations, asking questions, identifying needs, discussing products confidently, making recommendations, and recognizing additional SALES opportunities.
Strong product knowledge is essential. You will be expected to learn our products thoroughly so you can confidently answer questions, explain products, make meaningful recommendations, and SELL.
We want SALES professionals who understand how to build a sale — not simply process one.
We also expect our SALES team to think beyond today's transaction. Building these businesses means developing relationships, creating repeat customers, earning referrals and giving people a reason to come back.
